There should be a place where you can view team members you recently notified, like history log. I have several projects that sometimes I forget whether I've notified our iOS, Android or Web devs.

Also, I've lost my Notify Team Members screen when i click out of that window. I've lost one too many notification messages to my team because of misclicks. A message draft folder would be nice.
